In OutWiker 1.8.0.732 was added means to refer to a pages with using the page identifier instead of the page name. For copy link to page using menu item "Tools -> Copy Link to Page".

At the beginning identifiers look approximately as page://__49ee3b83-dff4-479c-b1ad-a3edd2ace99e. Such identifier is unique but not clearness for users. If you often use links, then you may want to change this idenitfikator. ChangePageUID plugin designed for this.

Using

ChangePageUID plugin added new menu item "Tools -> Change page identifier..." and item to context menu with same name.

When you select this menu item opens a dialog where you can change the page identifier.
